Friendly greeting by professional team.Everything from start to finish is a very polished operation. The team will talk new donors through the whole donation experience and will put you at ease making it a painless enjoyable experience.Drinks and snacks are in plentiful supply whilst you are donating. If you are thinking of donating blood,platelets or plasma you will be in excellent hands,I would strongly recommend as many people as possible join a special experience.
Run really well by a bunch of dedicated professionals. Very friendly, put your mind at ease if your a first timer! Relax, donate and have a free drink and biscuits afterwards.

26th visit yesterday. The staff are friendly and professional. The process typically takes about an hour from arrival. The selection of biscuits after your donation is great.
