After a lot of thought about who I was prepared to entrust the care of my elderly and frail mother to, I contacted Home Instead. I live some distance away so regular visits aren’t possible. From the outset they were friendly and actually listened to what I felt my mother needed. They have taken real care in providing someone who my mother can get on with and ensure the same person visits at a time convenient to her. I am always contacted if there are any issues or concerns and they have gone out of their way to assist in my mother living an independent life. I can’t thank you enough for the piece of mind you are giving me.
