Drove to Slimbridge especially to visit Focus. You have to pay to enter the site to access the shop with the promise (and faff) of a refund upon leaving. Having arrived with a good 15 to 20 minutes to spare before the advertised closing time Focus was all locked up and none of the Slimbridge staff were able to offer an explanation ar assistance as Focus is an independent enterprise. My advice would be to phone ahead before travelling as they clearly don't operate normal or advertised hours. Alternatively follow my lead and spend your money somewhere that wants to serve you.
