No problems with the car on a routine service so Johnsons were not really tested! However the process was painless and efficient. Service manager particularly helpful and knowledgeable. Will go back as service demands.

I found my car and ordered it over the phone, called the dealers and was put through to Ross. The experience from start to finish was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, If you are looking for a Mazda give them a call. The best car buying experience ive ever had. Just a note I travelled from Yorkshire to Gloucester to pick up my car well worth the journey.

Johnsons Mazda Gloucester were fantastic because the salesman Ross actually did everything he said he would do. So there were a couple of scratches on the rear bumper of the car when I first viewed it. Ross said "I will put it through our paint shop, and have it sorted properly". He did exactly that. Due to a changeover date issue, where I would lose a months road tax, Ross said that in compensation he would fill the car with petrol. He did exactly that. In the past, I have had experiences where salesmen made promises and then wriggled out of them later. This didn't happen with Ross at Johnson's Mazda, and that gives me the confidence to buy from them again.
