Annual service MOT - the booking was simple, I delivered my car on time and collected it when it was ready. The pandemic restrictions did not prevent getting the work done during lockdown, and the customer interface was conducted in a COVID-safe, polite and helpful manner. Not cheap, but I did not expect it to be so because you only ever get what you pay for.

I Picked up a Mercedes E220d AMG Coupe earlier today and had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus, an enthusiastic and likeable young man. I've bought a few cars over the years and have to say the service I received was outstanding from start to finish. The car was absolutely immaculate and would've passed as new despite it having 9000miles on the clock. I was genuinely made to feel like a valued customer and some thought had gone into presenting me the car.
