I wanted to post some homegrown vegetables to my elderly mum, we shared a smile over not being able to beat them straight off the plot, after I was asked what was in the box. The older guy serving me said to the younger one - 'here's one for you'. In fact he said it twice. I didn't think much of it at the time and was happy as I always am to be providing healthy food to my mum. Mum never received the parcel which I cannot help but feel very upset about. Yes it could have 'gone' at any stage, but still, what was said should never have been.

Impossible to know if this place is open without a (often wasted) trip. This post office is frequently closed even when the hand written hours on the window say otherwise, let alone those published online.
