The Dysondoc is encyclopedic about Dysons. I've been going to him for over 10 years for repairs and refurbished Dysons. If you feel strongly about fixing goods rather than throwing them away and buying new, then his services are ideal. He's also a lovely kind man as well.

Took a virtually brand new Small Ball machine (4 weeks old) in to have a small piece of plastic and cord from a Venetian blind removed after accidentally running over it. The machine still functioned just fine but I wanted to get it removed so there were no nasty surprises in future. Was quoted 20. Picked it up to be told he couldn’t find the cord nor the plastic end, and presented with a bill for 38 after being told he had discovered a fault with the changeover valve and that a mysterious piece of wood had caused this. Got the machine home, switched it on, and it now sounds like a jet airplane trying to take off, at least double as loud as it was before. Of course contacting him about this I was then told the machine had low suction and it sounded like that when I brought it in. UTTER NONSENSE. Avoid this charlatan.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. My Dyson not only sounds hugely better after new bearings were supplied and fitted but it sucks better than when new! Saved me money and the environment by renovating and repairing my old machine.
