Had some lovely birds and a large variety of flamingos and swans especially, slightly disappointed all the hides and aviaries were closed but understandable with covid regulations still in place. Unfortunately the day we went was quite cold and wet and there wasn't anywhere we could go to warm up and the cafe was closed due to a staff shortage that day. We were probably just unlucky that day but unfortunately it didn't inspire me to go back. The birds however were beautiful and very well looked after.

Informative signage and helpful staff to help identify the large variety of wildlife to see. Large site with plenty to do and see, good for families with children. Food and drink seemed reasonably priced for an attraction of this size

A great day had by all, especially my Daughter who loves all things wildlife. Only drawback was the lack of food choice at the cafe, although cooked very well. Very pretty, well kept place, lovely walks. All birds happy and healthy and well kept which is what you expect but sadly not always what get. Would definitely recommend.

A good place to take children and for adults. The hides were closed due to covid measures in place but the larger viewpoints are open. Pre booked tickets only atm

Enjoyable sunny day but mid-april lots of the new attractions aren't open yet and was a bit disappointed that so many things were shut off off but visit it's a wonderful place. There was one poor man in the canoe cafe serving a queue of about 20 people at 1pm which I think was rather silly

Perfect spot on a sunny day. Relaxing stroll around the enclosures. Hides were closed but plenty of places to view the wild birds.

Loved all the adaptions made to ensure we can still see the wild life whilst the his are shut. Great job guys
