We found Barrie at Glyn Hopkins a joy to work with when recently purchasing our new car. He was always available to speak to with good, sound advise. He was very efficient & knowledgeable and the whole process from start to finish was hassle free. He was also great with after care & made sure that we were happy with the car. ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE! I called in January looking for a new vehicle, but was only going to purchase the vehicle in March. Barry took the call and from day one on he helped me sort a new vehicle. A-Z service. Even changing things on sort notice, Barry got it done. Everything was just so easy and Barry did everything he said he would, No over promising and under delivering here! Terrible service. Boooked the car in for a service for my disabled wife, on the phone it had been noted she is disabled and needed her mobility scooter moved from her car to the loan car. this was promised along with putting her in a suitable vehicle that would take the scooter. day before the service the car like for like was confirmed but on the day she got handed the keys to a small unsuitable vehicle and told thats all we have. on calling back i managed to speak to johan who was rude and dismissive. I will not be dealing with these again when its time to purchase my next car.
