Had nasty experience with both the sales and service departments here. The sales department - took a deposit of me for an approved second hand car. Said it would be ready in 10 days, and that they would ring me. Called them on day 10, car not there. After days and days of chasing, they admitted they didn’t have the car, and it had gone to another Renault dealer. They first tried to make me take another car and keep my deposit. I threatened legal action and they backed up. Service department - diagnosed the car and quoted 1.5k for the new part and job. Got home and found out from Renault that the part itself is roughly 400 and it would take about 45 minutes to mount on the car. They seriously wanted 1100 for labour??!! Not to mention that I waited around there for 20 mins to have the paperwork printed, then they said printer wasn’t working and they would email me the docs. Two days later and email is still not there. These are a total disgrace, dishonest and disorganised. Avoid at all costs.
