We arrived at go bounce just short of 5pm, all the necessary changes were in place. We was greeted by a lovely lady which i do believe her name was Keeley( apologies of spelling if wrong). She explained all she needed to and we sat down at our table, now having only had toast that morning we was famished, and the kitchen was due to close, but this lady went above and beyond and said I'll make you something godbless her, she was on her own barring a guy who was obviously Marshalling the bounce area. So she made our food serve our drinks and chatted away, it was such a breathe of fresh air. She looked happy and in these times a rarity, the place was super clean, there was hardly anyone in the food and drinks were fab. My little girl has truly missed go bounce so this was a surprise treat for her and her cousin. I had to make this review as this lady made out visit. I hope you and your staff stay safe and we will visit again shortly.

It’s 8 for an hour of bouncing or 10 including food (although the meals are only 2.50 so you’re only saving 50p) the staff are very friendly and chatty. They enjoy running round and playing with the children while supervising them. They only allow entry to the bounce arena after you’ve watched a safety video. This means you have to wait until half past the hour or on the hour before you can start bouncing. They offer sensory sessions for those with disabilities every weekday between 1:30pm-2:30pm as well as on the weekend between 9am-10am.

My son had his party here last year, not a dedicated party host at all as described...no one to refill the jugs of juice or 'host' the party. They were short staffed, we ordered extra bowls of chicken nuggets but there were nowhere near the amount we ordered so there wasn't enough, not pleased when we paid the extortionate price of 6.00!. They also charged us for TWO extra children! As they wrote one child down again on the list and also an extra to what was on the list somehow!

I visited the venue today to find that the hourly rate has been raised from 6 to 8.50. Suffice to say I'll not be visiting again. I guess they have taken advantage of the other local trampoline park closing down by raising their charges. Shame, the kids used to enjoy it here. It just cost me 17 for one hour for two kids. I gave a one star review as it's either good or bad in my opinion.
