DANEROUS DRIVING BY AXTELL - This is the Axtell vehicle that very aggressively cut me up twice on 3 April. He repeated the manoeuvre to other road users too. Despite being assured by the Axtell Office that I would receive a call from the Transport Manager about it, I have heard nothing in over a week. My follow up call has not received a response either. The trailer is illegally showing no number plate although I can see RX09 XOM on the truck itself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Agreed a price over the phone. Driver made me sign then handed the invoice in an envelope and quickly left. Opened the invoice to find I had been charged an extra 200 for concrete after advising the driver to stop pouring after the agreed amount. Additional 90 for waiting time after the driver told me I was good for time. Absolute scam artist.

Used Concrete one week ago - nightmare! Booked Axtell today - a different world. 15 minutes outside of 2 hour arrival window but delivery went well. Driver even hosed down concrete spots on builders van with on board hose. Pricey but delivered within 24 hours of ordering - can't really find any other fault
