Merlins should not even get one star!! My very expensive Longines watch which I took to them to repair, as it was slow and wasn’t battery. I had to take it back 4 times because every time I got it back there was something else broken on it. Glass, winder, still slow and last time not an authentic winder. Each time took at least a month. Now it was running slow again so I took it to a proper watch repair place. Due to Merlins’ incompetence it was going to cost me 800 to fix. It needed a new casing as Merlins had drilled into it!!!! I may take this further than just writing this review. They have totally f%#ed my watch. To fix it will cost nearly as much as a new one. I’m angry and very upset.
Incredibly helpful and patient people. Always willing to assist and discuss items without duress. Would highly recommend for their valuations and stock of jewellery.
