We had a rotavator for three days. It didn't work for one day but they still charged the hire to my credit card. No negotiations! They said it was our fault that it didn't work. What they forgot to tell us that the fuel level should be well over the line ...... how are we supposed to know that? There was clearly fuel in it!! Also grumpy on the telephone. Won't use them again.
