Brilliant service, needed oil in an emergency before a few days when snow was forecast, new to oil heating as only moved in last month. Very easy to order on phone, I got my quotes online first. Competitively priced oil, delivery man Mark was a positive gent and very helpful. Will buy from them for the future.

Fantastic!! I ordered my oil on line, and delivery was set. I was surprised that they delivered faster than they expected. Their prices are very good. I have used them for 5 years now, and although there are companies stating their prices are cheaper, it's not by much. I prefer to stay with goff, as they stick to what they say. Only fault I can say, is please text when delivery will be, so tank locks can be removed before delivery turns up. Other than that, keep up the good service you all do. 5*****
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, a call to the only available phone number ends with a message stating that you cannot update cancelled deliveries. Your 'contact us' form on your website times out, deleting the message, and while you are quick to inform that you are unable to deliver you give absolutely no indication of when the rescheduled delivery will be. After almost two weeks from the date of order that is totally unacceptable. I understand that we have had bad weather, but the roads have been passable for more than a week now. Do you ever think about why people order heating oil from you? For fun perhaps? Suggest that your 'friendly team who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service' perhaps send a few texts or even phone people to tell them when their delivery will be made instead of total silence. Will your friendly team come round with heaters and blankets, and pay for an engineer to bleed the system when we finally run out? Thought not.
