Bought a new wedding ring and the lady was very helpful.
Great customer service polite staff
Staff not helpful at all when I took in my necklace that broke 2 days after I bought it. Just told me to go off to be store in Brighton because they were closing in a few weeks! Just not what you expect from an established company. Poor!
