It's a rare thing to want to give a glowing recommendation about an Estate Agent! However, it had to be done. Because Goodacres is that rare example of an independent business with hands on owners (Jack and Simon ) who actually care about what they do. Their staff stay with them, which is always a great sign. We've known Tyler and Lauren for a while and when we decided to sell with Goodacares it was this established relationship that made us feel very comfortable. We'd had a sale fall through with another agent and the guys at Goodacres were super supportive and positive that they'd get us sorted. Which they did... within 2 weeks! And more than one buyer at that. They also gave us advice, listened to us, and responded with care during the process. Yes, they actually cared about helping us. We moved a week or so ago and we're so happy and grateful that we had Goodacares on our side. Long may they continue.

I think it's fair to say that we had our fair share of ups and downs when it came to moving house. That said, Goodacres worked their absolute socks off to ensure we got the end result we worked so hard for. A special mention to Tyler (Assistant Manager) for all of the work that he put in - I cannot even imagine the hours he clocked up trying to get our sale/purchase sorted. Thank you to all at Goodacres, so many of them worked hard to get us quality viewings, communication throughout was exactly what I'd expect from an excellent estate agents. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a house sold buy Goodacres and our experience with them was brilliant. We viewed the house with Lauren and she was friendly professional and communicated with us well from start to finish. Once we had put in an offer and it was accepted Jack took over the administration of our sale and throughout the whole process they were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for better estate agents. They were always available to speak on the phone and provided any help we needed and answered any questions we had. Our sale wasn't the most straight forward but Goodacres did whatever they could to help resolve them and we are now settling into our new home with no further stress! If we ever sell our house we definitely will do so through Goodacres.
