I'm Very pleased with the dvd,s john has done for me by changing the formats so I can now view the footage! and the help transfering my photos on my phone to bigger memory.very helpful indeed and I would recommend John's help in software issues.very reasonable pricing too.
Took my pc on Saturday afternoon and he's fixed it already (Monday). Gave me an option to replace the whole broken part (3 switches @60) or to make a repair which has done the trick. Definitely recommend them.
