Just like to say what an excellent service Gough and Davy Hull have provided me with the purchase of husbands digital piano and the help provided to my daughter with her decision on which Ukulele to purchase. Being able to get a demo in the shop was brilliant (just before lockdown). Great knowledge and advice as my husband is a beginner. Great service, from my initial enquiry all the way up to after delivery! I wanted to trade in an older piano for something more suitable for myself, I got in touch with Shaun and he was really informative and helpful. I was offered a great \part exchange\ price for my old piano, and order a Kawai K300 Aures. As its a relatively new model of piano, it was a matter of when Kawai had the stock available, however I was given regular updates from Shaun. Even after delivery of the piano I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. Regarding the piano; I've had it just over a month now, named her Roxana. Not only is she a beauty but she sounds amazing too! The K300 has such presence and resonance for its modest 122cm size. The Aures & ATX3 features are so useful too, enabling me to practise late in the evenings (or early hours of the morning) and produce amazing sounding recordings, straight onto a USB stick. You can also use the piano as a speaker, sending music straight from your phone/tablet via bluetooth. Awesome for creating a classy ambiance for any occasion. To summarise; - I would (and do) wholeheartedly recommend Gough and Davy for their great service & competitive pricing - Anyone considering a Kawai K model, acoustic or hybrid, go and play one. I can't imagine you being disappointed, especially with the sound! If you will make use off all the features that come with the Aures/ATX 3 then its definitely worth considering those models too. Phoned to buy a ukulele. Very good advice and very patient to a beginner looking for the right choice. Had to phone back several times before purchasing, not a problem for Lewis. Guided me through the whole decision and offered great guidance at every turn, even though it was a small amount of money to spend on an instrument, would recommend to anyone. Finally after years of wishing for a digital piano I finally managed to get savings to treat myself. I instantly ordered my digital piano and I got a call to say unfortunately the piano I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be able to get here till February. Shaun who told me this news was lovely and because I was so desperate to get my digital piano after waiting for so long he advised me on another one that was actually so much better suited to me than the one I had originally chosen! This store has ways been a favourite of mine ever since I first walked in and set my eyes on my dream electric piano. The staff have great knowledge and experience of instruments and music and are very trustworthy and down to earth which I appreciate and trust. Shaun was brilliant talking through things with me on the phone, he was understanding and sorted out delivery issues fast which reassured me. I am still a very happy customer of this store after 4 years.
SUPERB!!!!! Could not have asked for more! I have just started learning how to play piano and wanted to buy one as an extra incentive. So my piano teacher recommended me Gough and Davy shop! Loved it!!! Very accommodating! Shaun went to the extent to open the shop slight earlier for me and was extremely welcoming and patient, explaining to me about all the different pianos and their uniqueness! I really recommend it!
