I can't recommend this place highly enough!! Top class coaches, people and friends. Ive been involved in many clubs and teams over the years so i know when I've found a gem...so much so that my kids now join me on the mat. Can achieve whatever goals you want from BJJ...all in a safe and friendly environment. Very high level bjj tuition...and a lot more!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has helped me in many ways as well as being a sport I love. I have to say GBWS1 is an incredibly well run, clean and friendly gym. I love training here and always feel very welcome. World class coaches and set up and always willing to help you. If your looking for somewhere to train BJJ look no further.
Started training BJJ here in 2014 and still coming here most mornings. Probably the best place in the Midlands to train. You're not judged and everyone is like a family
