We took a stray/feral cat to the centre. She seemed to be in the process of adopting us but unfortunately we already had our own cats and a puppy and couldn't cope with yet more. A very kind lady accepted the cat and said that they would test for pregnancy (which she seemed to be) and if so allow her to have her kittens, get her neutered and then find a home for her. It's a relief to know that she will be looked after by kind people who care.

I would recommend Gracies to anyone looking for a forever fur baby. Both myself and my daughter have adopted cats from here which have turned out to be fantastic pets which we love dearly. ️
Gracies are an amazing charity, they do everything they can for every cat that comes in to their care! I have a cat from Gracies and he is such a lovely boy! They did a home check before we got him to make sure he was coming to a good home and would be looked after properly and they contacted me after to see how he was getting on. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a cat! Forever grateful to Gracies for letting me have my little Pepe ️
We are so pleased we chose to adopt a cat from Gracies Cat Rescue. Such a positive experience. They are so professional and came out to do a house check and questionnaire, which you would hope all rescues do to ensure cats are correctly placed with responsible owners. This also helped them match us with a suitable cat, as all cats have different needs. We went to visit a cat we had seen on their website and Suki bonded straight away with our children. Adopting Suki was the best thing we ever did. Gracies have been so supportive and they also have a Facebook Family page where you can share photos if you want to. We love seeing all the cats progress and the work they do with cats, nursing them back to health is incredible. Gracies cat rescue puts cats first, and that is what you want from a Cat Rescue.
I have followed Gracies for nearly a year now, as they have gone from strength to strength. We nearly adopted two kittens from Gracies but were not chosen as we were not experienced enough and they were acting in the best interest of the little kittens and they are now thriving. You can tell they would do anything to give these cats a good life and can see the day to day lives of so many cats have improved by being in their care. They are a wonderful charity and they do such amazing work. I follow them on Facebook and love the way they treat their followers as a real community and family and you can see they truly love each and every cat that comes into their care. They are fantastic, I couldn’t speak higher of them!
We had almost given up finding someone to help us with a family of abandoned cats we were feeding, and Gracies stepped in. They were amazing, providing us with the tools and advice we needed and eventually finding the cat and her babies and the father of the babies new homes. This charity is amazing and I would recommend anyone to use them to find their new forever furry kid. They always take time to make sure their cats are homed carefully and with love, and deal with people with respect and kindness, whilst protecting the welfare of each cat in their care. An amazing set of volunteers!
Brilliant cat rescue. Wonderful people who love all cats. I got my cat Harry from them, they are so caring and only have the cats best interests at heart, which is the way it should be. Can’t rate them high enough and will definitely recommend them to anyone who would love to adopt a cat.
We have got 2 cats from Gracies. They are very professional, completing a home-check first. We were able to visit cats at their foster homes first, some even bring the cat to your house. They were even accommodating when we had to change which cat we were going to have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a cat. They all have a deep love for cats, and truly want the best for every cat they look after. When 1 of ours went missing, they were very supportive and posted pictures on their Facebook page.
