I have been a customer of Grafityp for many years and spent in excess of 50K with this company. I have witnessed a steady decline in the service that I received until I stopped using them over a year ago. Things sent out incorrectly, long waits at the trade counter and paying for returns when they have made errors. I believe business is about give and take and valued this company and its products. I ordered an a-board a few months ago and hadn't recieved nor chased the missing invoice. I was then contacted by Sue in accounts who raised my oversight. As I was onsite at the time installing signage I was unable to make the payment. Shortly after I recieved a letter from a debt collection solicitor for the 30 odd pound outstanding. This was perfectly timed with one of their sales reps trying to get more orders from us. The vinyl is good but its not a rare product I can match it from other suppliers with much better customer service and common sense.

Stay well clear, sold me a printer that doesn’t print, after sales service was no existent and basically passed me onto Roland which is even worse, buy a mimaki or something else
