Very happy with my new windows and door, the team were very professional, in particular the fitters were very hard working. Was in the process of using an alternative company and was not happy with the communication, in contrast Ben has been easy to get in touch with no matter what time or day.
We had the whole downstairs of the house re-furbished by Dan's team. The organisation was excellent and the quality of the work faultless. All the guys - builders, electricians, plumbers, painter - turned up on time, stayed till their job was completed and were all nice people to deal with. I highly recommend Grand Openings for windows, doors and much more.
I reported that I have a faulty window, that they fitted which won’t lock and is leaking water and needs urgent attention for obvious reasons. I was told that the person I need to speak to is out of the office and would call me back. 7 days later I’d heard nothing so I called again and got the same response, no apology and made to feel like an inconvenience! Well I’m still yet to hear back from them and my window is still leaking! I guess I’ll take my money somewhere else...
This is the most stress free building experience we’ve ever had. all the team are true professionals and gentlemen. Would highly recommend.
