Fantastic service and after sales care, especially from Mr. John O'mara who looked after me from start to finish when I bought and collected my mini cooper when they first reopened after lockdown. My mini was brought down from their Carlisle branch for me, nothing was too much trouble. Very curteous and professional, I would definitely recommend them.

I had my 2017 BMW 335 M Sport Touring serviced at Lloyds BMW South Lakes (first service as it's only done 13000 miles) on 8th July 2019 and I couldn't have been more impressed. I was treated with courtesy, respect and humour throughout, not to mention Cappuccino and biscuits :). The car was serviced and cleaned inside and out and a few minor niggles were sorted out as well and certainly ran better and smoother after the service, so all in all a 5 star experience.
