Unless you can get passed the receptionists who are more knowledgeable about patients and their medical conditions than the gp's, your chances of being seen are slim. One Receptionist raises her voice and undermines the professionals advice given previously to patients. Customer service training is clearly required for some of the reception staff and an awareness on how to emphasize and treat patients with respect and consideration. It is no surprise so many diagnoses are missed with the attitude and ignorance of the staff that are your first point of contact, who are clearly being underpaid with the level of skills and knowledge they posess in healthcare to be able to give such negligent advice.

Absolute joke of a place. Can't get an appointment. Reception staff do not care. You end up waiting till 6pm and calling 101. Whats the point of this medical practice. Totally unprepared for the pandemic even 5 months on

Can’t seem to manage a simple medication request!!! Ordered medication on the 9th November and phoned to check on the 12th November to be told it would be done. Roll onto today 16th November and it hasn’t been handed to the pharmacy for collection. I am having to miss my morning classes at college (Glasgow) tomorrow to collect the prescription slip myself and hand into the chemist. Otherwise I will have no medication!!!

The revolving door of apathy and arrogance. I have never been treated with such contempt by medical professionals in my life. The doctors there, when there are doctors there, talk over you and treat you like you are a second-class citizen. I've been fighting mental health issues and this practice is not equipped to treat or disdainful of treating those most at risk. Despite all of their posters in the waiting room imploring patients to speak up, when you do get in a room with a doctor, they do nothing. That is right, absolutely nothing. In fact, they do worse than nothing. For asinine reasons, they take away the only medication that works for me while offering NO other form of treatment, be it therapy or pharmacological. I have been battling with Kersiebank Ave for treatment for 6 months now and I've finally decided to give up as I feel even worse now that I did when I sought treatment. They refuse to read my extensive medical records. They refuse to prescribe medication proven to help me. They've failed to note down key information told to them, resulting in their ineptitude putting me into withdrawals for a nervous system condition that has catastrophic side effects. Again, I feel WORSE in all regards after trying so hard to get myself fit and healthy again.

Complete joke of a place. Paid taxes for 16 years all my operations done through bupa. When I finally need the NHS I make an appointment to see who I thought was a doctor. They weren't a doctor. I eventually saw a doctor after 3 weeks to address my arthritis. Got sent home with anti depressants. Nice 1
