100% customer service today from staff who were taking constant abuse from customers who were totally unreasonable. My heart went out to these staff doing their best. I cannot believe how awful people treated them they deserve a pat on the back as they handled them with nothing but a professional manner while they must of felt like getting their coats and going home. I was having a problem sending back a parcel and they did everything possible to help me. I am very grateful for all their help and pray customers will be nicer to them tomorrow Mrs s Wilson Grantham

The chemist in Asda is totally useless customer service - 10 so not interested in the customer at all avoid at all costs Definitely go somewhere else where the staff will be polite and not the old I can’t be bothered Definitely a big - 10 for ASDA
I asked for help from 4 different staff and none of them could do enough to help. Two insisted on showing me to what I was looking for, all were polite, and I had some good banter with one about loving or hating marmite!! Made my shop a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting two days before Christmas!!
So far, every time I've been here, its been a pleasant supply gathering experience. Sure, for a big store, they don't have everything, which was surprising. Plenty of food though, to choose from. Staff seem nice and good service at the tills. Fairly convenient parking and plenty of spaces. I must point out though, I've only been here two times to date and my opinion may be different if I were a regular visitor. As an outsider, it was nice to stop here.
Great store. Sells all the usual, everyday items and the harder to find food too. Like No Palm oil peanut butter. (Yeah!) Jackfruit (huh?!) And those Easter bunny crumpets. (*screams*) Wide aisle. Good parking. Friendly checkout staff. Upatairs is clothing. It is good here.
