Grantham Ear Wax Removal (Correct Hearing)

My 18 year old daughter had a hearing loss and issue in her ear, so I contacted correct hearing to arrange an appointment. Their customer service was amazing and they arranged to see her at the practice, advised us of their Covid precautions and what she needed to do. She was met at the door by the team at Correct and taken straight to the consultation room. The team on site where highly aware of the need to keep themselves and my daughter safe whilst on site. They examined her and referred her to onto a specialist after a wax removal and thorough check up. Their quick and efficient and professional service was noticed and I will be back and recommending them to my friends and family. ( for those that are struggling with anxiety about Covid, don’t be worried here as they have mastered the precautions and it’s safe for the whole visit) Thank you correct for treating my daughter like your own and resolving her issues.
