I still remember the day that I decided to set up my own business and actually my first thought was to call ESP and within 6 weeks we had a business. We were incorporated; we had our accounts all set up, everything. It was miraculous really and all thanks to ESP. I couldn’t have done it without them. Since then we have developed a very close working relationship which is largely down to Wayne's approachability and accessibility. Accounting to us has always been a very bookkeeping experience. Previously we’ve just had somebody who ran some numbers and filled in a tax return and we were keen to move to a more useful tool as the business grew. We’ve reached the point now where we are actually looking at the numbers so we are looking at management accounts and looking at how profitability is going and making decisions on the effect that our previous work has had, so capitalizing on the more profitable work and ignoring the less profitable work.
