From the moment I walked into the shop with my late husband's wedding ring and my wedding ring with the wish to make the two rings into one I was immediately part of the whole transformation. From design to finish James was utterly professional and so understanding; as were the rest of the team. I can't thank them enough for the two beautiful rings I now have made from the mixed gold of the two special rings I took into the shop. I would highly recommend MD Jewellers.
James and Natalie are simply brilliant. This should be the go to jeweller for anyone in the Grantham area. From the minor requirements we have had to finding a couple of particular pieces and then finally designing and hand making a specific bespoke piece, the experiences have all been brilliant. The customer service and feeling valued is always evident from as soon as you walk in the shop and the personable and friendly nature and service is unequalled. I have simply not had such experiences anywhere else.
By far the best Jewellers. MD Jewellers offers fantastic customer service and are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for you. I recently got married and realised last minute that one of our wedding rings needed resizing. Without any hesitations Natalie and James swept in like super heroes and saved the day!! It is not often you can walk in to a shop a customer and leave as a friend but this is exactly what happened to me at MD Jewellers.
