Hugely impressed with a swift, polite and really helpful consultation with Lloyd today! I did an email enquiry last night and had a call from the central office this morning. I was able to get an initial consultation appointment (via Teams) for lunchtime to speak with Lloyd. Really genuine, friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain things clearly to me and put my tax concerns ‘back in their box’!
