Encountered an issue with mould in the utility room wall while having a new kitchen fitted. Called Trademark, Chris happened to be nearby and came round straight away - offered some helpful and professional advice. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought and just needed some wood treatment, which I could do, and re-plastering. Chris said he would ask a local plasterer to contact me - who did so the same morning. Very impressed with the quick response and advice, especially as there wasn't in the end any work for Trademark to do - although based on this experience I would certainly use should I need any work doing in future.
