Spoke to Adam Corney at Vertu Honda Motorcycles to obtain a balance figure required, with my trade-in, on the potential purchase of a new Honda. Adam called back as agreed with a realistic trade-in value and good offer. During our discussions I felt Adam, and the dealership, wanted to agree a deal. Unlike the ‘take it or leave it’ attitude I have encountered in the past with some other dealerships! On accepting the offer Adam explained the process during Covid lockdown and timescales. All timescales were kept to and the bike has since been delivered. Adam also checked after delivery to confirm all was well. The factors that influenced my decision were that I felt Adam was in my corner and delivered on what he said. The dealership also won the MCN 2020 Best Single-Franchise Central Region award; not difficult to see why.

Purchased my new bike CB125R in September 2020, great service from Jonny Yates. Kept me up to date with the full process and delivery. Very happy and look forward to seeing the team at Vertu when my bike is due it's first service. Just need to pass my MOD 1 & 2 (theory passed) to move onto a bigger bike. Feels good to be on 2 wheels again after a nasty magistrate took my license off me over 25 years ago!

I have just purchased a brand-new Africa Twin from Vertu Honda Grantham. This was the first time that I had ever purchased a brand-new bike but can honestly say that I had a great buying experience. Adam Corney (Sales Exec) dealt with the entire process from arranging the initial test ride, sorting out a great trade-in price for my VFR, helping me decide on the specification and accessories suitable for my requirements then arranging all of the paperwork. He made sure that all aspects of the vehicle and the buying process were really well explained and provided great communication in keeping me informed every step of the way. Adam provided me with updates when the accessories arrived and when they were being fitted to the bike. The bike was ready on time and well presented. Adam has provided great customer service and took the time to refresh me on the functions and controls and made sure I felt comfortable before setting off. He has even gone above and beyond with a couple of follow up calls to make sure that I was enjoying the bike and starting to get some miles on it. Well done Adam and the team at Vertu 5*.

had the best experience with this dealer, right from the start of the process of buying a new bike they were friendly and helpful not pushy in anyway. when I collect the bike everything was ready and i rode off within 20 minutes. highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Jonathan had great advice and very friendly. I originally went in to see what they had to offer and compare models. No pushy sales they tell you as it is and let you make the choice. Would recommend to others. I ended up with a brand new bike as the offer was to good to be missed. Not sure who is more happier me or my oldest son.
