Old town hall looks amazing. However the service from Rico sabor who looks after booking and the space for you is appalling! We manage to book a date to view the hall however it was double booked by someone else, the tour wasn’t great. They gave us an email address and Facebook page to enquire, I had no success with speaking to the manager, I tried calling, emailing etc... and no luck! a month went by, we finally sat down with the manager, he gave us another email address to contact them with our enquiry. I emailed them with a whole load food choices etc... and until now I have not heard from them and this was during the summer time. We were so interested in booking our wedding at this place however we found another amazing place with GREAT customer service. Mangement service for this venue is disgusting.

We were really surprised to be invited to a wedding at the Old Town Hall, we never knew that this place existed. It certainly is Gravesend's secret treasure. The manager and staff worked so hard to make sure that we all had a great day. The food was excellent and the bar prices were very reasonable. A big thank you to the manager who called a taxi for us and then waited outside with us until it arrived - customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. Keep uo the good work!
