Very professional i must say. Had quite a few blazers that needed altering and was running against a timeline. Julie took good care. She done an amazing job and so quickly. She is very highly recommended and i will definitely come here again for all my alterations. Thank you again..

I paid alot of money to have a dress altered 150! The dress was only 30 I was pregnant at the time and due to be married April 2020. Hence the cheap dress coz of my growing baby. Covid happened no wedding. When able to collect after restrictions were lifted Julis text me , that it was a small shop and she did not have room to hold items. I arranged to get the dress. I got home to discover the dress had a hole in and a catch. I text Julis and she didnt even have the curtisy to reply but was quick enough to take my money. I'm now 150 out of pocket stuck with a dress no longer fit for purpose . It will cost another 100 to fix by someone else. Extremely poor customer service I would not recommend. A devastated new first time mum.
