Rude, poor attitude from the pharmacist not only rude to me but the person behind me in the queue too. Also operates the hours they want as they decided to close the shop when I said I was waiting for a prescription to be sent through. While waiting outside he quickly shut up and tried leaving and when I questioned that it says opening hours till 7pm on a Sunday he said they shut at 5pm now. Even though the time was 5.55pm. Obviously has trouble with telling the time as well as the truth. I would avoid using this pharmacy. Oh and don't seem to want to answer the phone either.

A great shop and top professional people that always do there best
went to this pharmacy to collect prescription for covid-19 when I got there I was told that I could not pay contactless all I could do was pay cash so then had to go into the shop next door door to use their cash machine because all the money goes to the NHS and they are changed. I would like to have thought that a pharmacy would lead by example and not by scrimping a few measly pence just shows you profit before people. And her final comment was if you don't want to pay cash you can go to another pharmacy. this pharmacy is only quarter of a mile from my house and got to keep travel to a minimum somebody should explain the rules to this pharmacy.
States they were open until 7pm on Sunday 07/03/21 needed an emergency prescription, got there at 6:30 and they were closed.
Absolutely horrific experience at the pharmacy trying to get my emergency medication today. Very condescending and patronising. Not being dim witted myself, I spoke to the 111 service about the experience who later spoke to the pharmacist. I heard the pharmacist twisting the truth to his benefit. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the 111 operator was able to resolve the issue with the excellent professionalism. I will be writing about my experience in detail to the appropriate regulatory authority.
Would give zero stars if possible. Went in to buy a medication that has been recommended by my partner's dentist (he had a traumatic injury and has had many minor dental surgeries since then, he's used the medication after every dental visit and I was treated like a criminal by the lady working. The whole experience left me feeling so uncomfortable, despite never going there before she said she'd be watching out for me, luckily for her I wont ever return.
Such lovely people. Could not be any more helpfull. Outstanding.
Rude, avoid. The lady working on Saturday leaves you standing there. May be just down the road, but does not know people skills at all. Not the first time either, will take my paying custom to a better service
