Always clean and tidy, with ok stock levels but I wish they wouldn't keep moving items around. Their loss because if I can't find an item I don't buy it which has happened a few times recently. Maybe putting a temporary label with a bold colour telling customers what aisle and bay the items have moved to may help us men!

I would like to know why different stores are operating different entry protocol; a recent visit to the Hempstead Valley branch where it felt a very safe environment and everyone was told to shop in singles in no uncertain terms, however at Pepper Hill I encountered several couples and even a family of 5, the place was very crowded even though they were counting people in and out.

Not sure why they are doing all the shelf filling during the day. Are they not employing night staff anymore for this. Saving money? Only in this time of corona virus it makes getting around the shop more difficult. With cages, stock and 2-3 staff members up the aisle, also shelves not restocked properly. If this continues I will shop elsewhere

Easy parking, nice café, great selection of home goods and groceries with amazing variety all round. Aisles are spacious and the store doesn't feel cramped at all. Definitely a better experience than some other stores in the local area!
