Family owned shop, that treats you like a real person. They Make you feel comfortable and relaxed and you can have an honest open chat about your needs and budget. They can design your kitchen for you from scratch , or play around with an existing design you may have. They are ALWAYS ready to adjust or discuss the design to make sure it fits within your budget and style. We took a design In with us , and after playing around with it they have given us more options that we hadn't thought of. We have a tight budget, but as I said earlier they can offer alternative fixtures/ fittings without compromising on quality and the style you want. They are there to HELP YOU get what YOU WANT. Alon Interiors was referred to us by friends and we engaged them to refit our kitchen which we were very happy with. On the back of that experience we engaged them to refit our ensuite. The design phase went smoothly. The owner, Sarah, was very professional and easy to deal with. The two fitters, Paul & Tony, were punctual, efficient, and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. Given that our house is 25 years old and was built by Wimpey (!) problems that were only obvious when walls were removed were worked around without issue. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them whether it be of a plumbing or electrical nature. I would definitely engage Alon Interiors again.

Total time wasters, called them at 11:28am today to get a quote for a fittings part, had all the right details etc. I had to chase them up 2.28pm, their representative then claimed their supplier, Claygate, use a diffferent product code, which was not true, later it transpires that never did contact Claygate. Would I recommend this merchant to anyone? A big fat NO! My clients original bathroom installers ceased trading 10 years, this explains my course action If your own supplier as stated you have access to their entire catalogue, why would now claim you don't supply it? Claygate confirmed you never contacted them regarding my enquiry, let alone your nonsense of using different product codes
