Got myself and partner sized and found the perfect rings. One wasn't available instore so assistant advised to check online, I checked whilst instore on my mobile and was available but it was on sale, even better saved more money very happy and have been returning to warren James for a few years now

Ordered two wedding rings they told me they will be here by 23rd August my one was but my partner which had to be special made to his ring size has not arrived , when I emailed customer service , they advised us to cancel my partner order because they got him a ring from head office and to pay for it the next day when it arrived in store ,they sent my ring in my partner size which was a ladies bling ring alright for me but not suitable for a man , I gave all the details on the receipt , how hard is it to get the order right and not advise it's going be in a certain date when it won't be , so we got a wedding without new rings thank you Warren James for your useless customer service , I will never shop with you again , it's not just the store staff who messed up it's mostly customer service for saying they got the ring but didn't have the right one

Bought a Christmas present as a gift.1 week after Christmas it was faulty. The item was a neckless.called the Gravesend branch which I bought it from and spoke to the shop manager. To say the least her attitude and her customer service level was disgusting. Took item to the shop and her attitude was apsaluty apaling. She examined the faultf item. With no small mirror or a glove on.which was pathetic. Your a shop assistant with a title as a manger.not a proper jeweler. Then attempted the repair in front of me which she failed. Then acuse the customer of breaking it.which is laughable. In the end suggested a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. No love I have a receipt replace it or I'll speak to your area manager. No your place follow your rules and next Christmas ask for a new attitude and a smile it's called Custermer service. Santa may bring you it.

Went in looking for a Silver Celtic ring was told that they had none but had these other rings which I bought gave it to my partner to find out within the week that it was not Silver but a very cheap base metal. When back and pointed out that I bought it believing it was Silver as that is what I asked for too be told that no they didn't have any. This should have been pointed out right at the beginning and I would not have bought it. Horrible way to treat people!! Avoid unless you want over priced base metal rings.
