Have previously enjoyed jitterbug with my 3yr old grandson, and thought it good value for money especially with the meal deal. Visiting in the school holiday is totally different! Not only is there no meal deal on but the price has gone up and the time reduced by a 3rd. They blame the holidays and the extra cleaning! Feel totally ripped off!

Worst place ever I have been visited. Mess everywhere, on the floor, on the tables, on the stool, in the toilets and full of dust. Staff only chatting not doing their job. My daughter stepped on the plastic cork from bottle on the floor and hit her leg. After little time some boy took her neck with hand and pushed back. Some red marks left on the skin. We left this place soon as possible. Only alcoholics could rate this place good, because in the fridge more alcohol than soft drinks for kids. And probably that why kids is so aggressive without manners because nothing could wait from parents who drinking alcohol in the place where children’s playing. Never will be back to this place. Not safe place for your child.

Nice place for kids day out with soft play area for toddlers . This place is very nice and clean with three separate rooms for kids birthday parties. Food menu is quite nice but haven't tried food so can't say about the taste.

We took our 3 nephews to Jitterbugs Party World for the 2nd time in 6 months - their choice. The boys have been there before and know the routine. Nephew #1 liked the climbing equipment, Nephew #2 was into the football scene, and Nephew #3 - the birthday boy - enjoyed all of it. I loved eating their leftovers and my husband’s favourite bit was dropping them back home! On a serious note we couldn’t fault it. The on-site cafe had burgers, paninis, sandwiches, pizzas, slushes and milkshakes - very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go again.
