Non existent customer service! Iv been trying to get in contact with Haven and Hopton directly regarding my soon approaching holiday, phoning and using the chat box provided on the website only for the call to be ended and the chat to lose connection every time Iv waited for lengthy periods of time and as I’m about to be at the front of the queue. I have paid for my holiday in full last year on booking yet receiving emails saying I owe money, so unless someone gets in contact my holiday may be canceled and receive late payment fees at no fault of my own. I appreciate these are difficult times for everyone but this type of customer service is not on. Please get in contact ! Thomas Rogers

Lovely scenic holiday park, well laid out. Lots of trees and duck ponds, nice little nature walk around the edge of the golf course. Swimming pool is fine with a big slide, but a bit small for the size of the park, same can be said for the changing facilities where you might have to queue to get in/out the pool at busy times.
Clean, tidy and a great beach! Activities weren't too over priced and the staff were really friendly. Lots of play areas for the kids mixed around the caravans. We had a great 4 nights here even if the weather wasn't that good. I'd happily go again
