I can not thank all of the staff enough, I am fighting cancer, and I fell in love with a gun on their website, and the price was perfect, But I am 143 miles away from their shop, But, after talking to the great polite staff on the phone, they arranged to deliver two rifles, (1 for me & 1 for my wife) for 19.99, the gentleman that delivered them, was very polite and helpful. I will be buying from them again very soon.
Bought an air rifle package though Pownalls. Had an issue with the scope but was resolved. Special mention to Tom, great with customer service. would recommend speaking to him if you are to call up.
Great choice of sea fishing items but a little on the expensive side staff friendly and very helpful
Ordered online very easy process, have avast amount to choose from. Delivery did take 2 weeks, but considering COVID19 happened. I understood the back log of orders to for fill. Very friendly staff. Will be ordering again
