I was conned, made an appointment at th Norfolk Leather Centre walked into this shop by mistake, asked is this th Norfolk Leather Centre, was told yes it is, I explained I had made an appointment for an alteration to my biker jacket, the manager was fetched from a joke shop next door but one, he said he was expecting me, I handed over my jacket, and was told 2 weeks, I was expecting immediate alterations, which is what I was promised, but at that point I still didn't realise I was in th wrong shop, they did say they were th Norfolk Leather Centre, (not true, they lied to me to get my custom) I presumed they were too busy to do it immediately or a machine had broken down, it wasn't untill later in th day I received a phone call asking where my jacket was, th gent at th real Norfolk Leather Centre was sat waiting for me in case I had been delayed, ok th job was done just short of th two wks, and is adequate, but what gets to me is I was lied to by th manager, just to get my custom, not in my mind th way to do business, I won't be back again, th two ladies in th shop when I picked up my jacket were extreamly helpful and courteous, no complaints there, just th underhanded way th manager lied to me, not good
