Great estate agents, can't complain about anything. Me and my friend was in need for a flat in Bristol desperately. I was lucky enough to have Charles with me who helped me view the flat and sort out the deposits later that day in a hassle free way. Since then, when I have needed help with something or any queries I have, they never fail to get back to me very quickly and always manage to help me out. Would definitely recommend to anyone, staff are brilliant (especially Charles)

Green Acorn Property is an agency that I would recommend anyone, especially those, who is looking for a flat to rent. I am an overseas student, and as it turned out, in Bristol it is difficult for students to find a flat to rent. However, I was very lucky to meet David from Green Acorn Property, who helped me with finding a needed flat and moving into there. It is worth mentioning that I needed to move into the flat urgently, because I didn't have any other place to go, and David helped me to arrange it immediately, even if it was Sunday. Also, when I had any questions, David used to give me quick responses to them via e-mail. So, I recommend Green Acorn Property to everyone as it is an agency, which really cares about its clients.

Green Acorn, and David in particular, have been fantastically efficient in managing our property. They don't charge spurious set-up fees, they found us good tenants, they have carried out any work that needed to be done, they have inspected the property and sent photos, and the rent has always been paid on time. Their communication has been great from the start. They are almost too good to be true. I would recommend them to anyone.
