As leaders of our scout group we took the Beavers for a climbing experience. We were met and given a safety briefing, they were put into safety harnesses. There were 16 different walls to try, each had a auto belay line which ment transfer from one wall to another was easier. The staff were very helpful and encouraged the beavers. All in all a enjoyable evening. A full hour's climbing.

You can hire a soft play for birthday parties, which is fairly decent. Nice to have everyone in the same space and not cramped at all. Ideal for \u003c6 yo parties in my opinion.

Great staff and very friendly. The climbing walls are very new, just a shame that they do not have the room for a few more. I took my 2 sons, one 14 and the other 7, the eldest had pretty much done it all in half an hour so was ready to go but my youngest got more out of it. I must repeat how pleasant the staff were and there was 4 of them on hand which was really good.

Some very good, fun climbing walls, and quite a lot of them (16, I think). Took a 5 and 8 year old who love climbing and they had a great time. When we went it was quite quiet despite being a Saturday morning, with only 6 people out of a possible 16 there - which was great for using the walls. The session afterwards seemed quiet as well. Staff were very friendly but quite young so not always as attentive as they could have been, but they were very helpful when they got involved.

We had my daughters birthday party there and apart from the youngsters running the clip and climb there were no adults present. When they’d finished on the clip and climb we were left to sort the kids food out with nothing from the staff,nobody even directed us to the party room. Everybody felt a bit lost really,shame because it could be a lot better but definitely won’t be going back.
