I asked Simon to carry out a \HomeBuyers Inspection\ in Ruislip. His service was prompt and thorough and the report he provided was easily understandable and informative. Any questions and concerns I had were discussed in a very professional manner when I telephoned the office. This gave me confidence when purchasing my new property.
The staff at Simon Hands and Associates supplied me great service. They obtained both council permission needed for a rear extension in Ealing. They helped me understand the process and the timescales and costs involved.
It's not very often that any service is both professionally modern and old-fashioned personal but this firm is. Have used both the architectural and surveying services, and cannot rate them too highly.

BE AWARE !!! DO NOT PAY ANY FUNDS IN ADVANCE TO THIS COMPANY! RIBA INFORMS ME THIS IS A BREACH IN CONDUCT AND AGAINST THE LAW! Simon Hands and Associates Limited issues an invoice 21st September 2017 requesting money upfront for an award. I have been informed today a week later by my surveyor that Simon Hands & Associates hasn’t signed the award as of yet delaying publishing the award and in receipt of my money for the last 7 days! The act states that payment is only made after the signing and publishing of the award not in advance. I’m now discussing the matter with RIBA
