Wow! Sorry guys but really let down by your willingness to help out. No willingness to go the extra 3min to keep customer happy guys? Click and Collect message doesn't specify shop closing times. Arrived on the hour 5pm and yes I know I fully get it's deemed officially 'closed' by UK standards but the shop's shutters half way down before that with employees still inside who spent a good 15min trying to figure out what to do when i just needed to pick up item that was already paid for. After waiting outside for a reply was told to come back during work hours and manager refused to show up to even speak to me and left less experienced staff deal with it. Good golly it would have taken 2min to just hand me package through door. Oh well will cancel and Amazon here i come even if you are slightly more expensive. Then they wonder why highstreet retails are finding it hard to cope with online giants. Am i allowed to suggest new slogan? - how about \A customer experience with a computer 'says no' approach.

So my daughter is 2 and we were on the way to the tills she was riding the small cars as we were going to buy it. An old Asian lady who worked there was like she can't ride the car shes not allowed . I literally looked at her bluntly and ignored her and she repeated it so I said you can clearly see we are buying. Is there something wrong with this lady we are buying the product. Everyone else was fine do you know what customer service is or no?.
