We count ourselves extremely lucky to have been recommended to use Stephen Morris for our “Aliyah” to Israel. Stephen was very clear and helpful in setting up the move and his team of packers were superb. We are especially grateful to Stephen, who generously coped with our on/off booking arrangements which (because of Coronavirus) were not finally confirmed until the day before. I’ve seen some negative comments among these reviews. I find it hard to believe they are about the same company, who we would rate five-star for fairness, friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency and value for money.

We used this company to ship a rocking horse to Japan, they were recommended to us by a family member of ours that uses them and we had no problems whatsoever. The staff were communicative and helpful, the price fair and inclusive and the item was shipped on time with no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Please do not use this shipping company whatever you do. They have threatened to dispose of my belongings because I won’t pay them extra money I don’t owe!! Save yourself a lot of heartache and find another company.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from Stephen Morris Shipping. Have spoken to Stephen Morris many times but my complaint has not received an amicable resolution - over SIX MONTHS after they packed up our things! I personally would not recommend using this company. They also threatened us with legal proceedings for writing a review but I think it is important to let innocent people know our experience before using them.

Absolutely horrendous from beginning to end! The most stressful aspect of moving across the world was the mistake of using Stephen Morris to ship our belongings. He’s pompous, rude, lacks all communication skills, and worst of all - keeps your belongings ransom. Even his packers complain about him - we should’ve listened to them! Please please save yourselves a lot of money and heartache and AVOID at all costs.
