My experience at Vanguard has only been excellent! The units are well-maintained, secure and easily accessible with all amenities needed available from Vanguard. But most noteworthy are the staff who are friendly and efficient. Evelina went out of her way to help me arrange for my unit to be emptied in my absence and has always been so fast to respond to my queries. If I ever need storage in London again I will be sure to use Vanguard!

We've never stored anything here but they have a World War 1 British tank on the roof. I think it's a Mark IV but I'm happy for someone more knowledgeable to correct me.
Truly remarkable facility here. Perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, and consideration of individual needs rather than a ‘blanket’ approach - something that it sadly lacking in many businesses nowadays. Kelly, Evelina, Kevin and the team here are exemplary and security and accessibility are excellent. The only thing that could improve working here is access out of hours though this is probably due to staffing requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend them and use this company again. Excellent.
I had used the storage for a few months until now in October. Doing my research previously, here I found the best price. Most important though - with the all honesty, probably these guys are the most supportive I've ever met in a company in this country. Not only the communication was great and very transparent, but also they had the patience for giving me extra minutes when I needed to access the unit. Thanks a lot for the care and next time you see Evelina, Kelly, Tamas or anyone else, give them a _safe_ hi five from me :)
