They are great! Really friendly and helpful staff. Made all the efforts to make sure my kids have a lot of fun. They even gave us some extra time with the castle for free. Everything was set up and cleaned in front of us and was done very well. Will definitely recommend!

Excellent Bouncy Castle Company . On time, really friendly staff. We had a ‘Paw Patrol’ Castle, very nice , clean, and sanitised on delivery. Customer service 10/10

Absolutely fantastic company no faults at all. Time efficient, very very good excellent quality castles. I rang the company last minute due to my original castle being cancelled at 4.30pm the day before the party. Greenfrog went above and beyond to help me make my little boys party fantastic. Thank you so so much. Will definitely be booking again 5 company highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic. The kids loved it! They rang me when they was a few minutes away to let me know they was close. He set it all up for me and sanitized it all to make sure it was safe for everyone. Very friendly, would recommend to everyone! Definitely having again. Thankyou

Life Savers! We had a cancellation Saturday morning for a Bouncy Castle 1 hour before it was due because it had been apparently double booked!! We couldn’t believe it! In a frenzy we googled and found Greenfrog, rang and spoke to Jon who was amazing! He managed to deliver a Bouncy Castle with minutes to spare! We were so grateful, thank you so much! The Bouncy Castle looked brand new!! It was inflated, then sanitised in my garden. Very reassuring seeing the effort the team go to, to make sure their customers are safe. All our future bookings will be with Greenfrog, 5 star service! Thanks again!
