Absolute amazing service throughout!! Reception staff are so kind and friendly Stuart (dentist) explained everything that was going on and answered any question during my recent visit. Laura who I usually see is so kind and sweet I look forward to seeing her every time. Over all AMAZING

Initial call to request an appointment was dealt with efficiently by a very friendly staff member who clearly explained the Covid health process & questioned me sensitively regarding my toothache. Clear instructions were given on arrival & Lorna the dental nurse settled me in the treatment room. Stuart was welcoming & dealt sensitively & efficiently to treat the cause of my pain. No one particularly enjoys going to the dentist but Ivy Cottage make it as stress free as possible to ensure a positive experience.
